Creating a form

Through forms, you can facilitate the collection of important information and enable new employees to actively engage in the beginning of their career with the company. In this video, you will learn how to create forms with diverse elements that will help achieve these goals.

Steps to Create Versatile Onboarding Forms:

  1. Form Creation: Navigate to the content library where you will create new content of the 'Forms' type.
  2. Adding the "Form" Segment: Click on the option to 'Add new segment' to the form and select 'Form' from the available elements.
  3. Adding Form Elements: Click on the option to 'Add form element,' which will insert a form element into the form, and choose from various available elements, including:
    • Short answers,
    • Paragraphs,
    • Dropdowns,
    • Evaluations,
    • Linear scales,
    • Checkboxes,
    • Date and Time.
  4. Saving the Form: Don't forget to save the segment.
  5. Deployment to Careers: All that's left is to deploy the form for new employees.
