Creating a template for contracts

  3. Use of placeholders: In the contract text, use placeholders, which are spaces where specific employee details, such as name, address, position, etc., will be inserted later.
  4. Saving the content: Don't forget to save the text.
  5. Digital signature: At the end of the text, there is a segment for the digital signature, where the new employee will be able to electronically sign the contract.
  6. Deployment to careers: All that remains is to deploy the contract template for new employees.

 

This way, you can easily create and execute contracts with new employees. Digital signing simplifies the process and reduces administrative burdens. Moreover, by using contract templates, you can ensure consistency and accuracy in contracts throughout the organization.
