Creating forms

The onboarding process for new employees is key to starting a successful working relationship.   1. Form creation: Go to the content library, where you will create new content of type 'Forms'.
  2. Adding a "Form" segment: Click on the option 'Add new segment' to the form and select 'Form' from the available elements.
  3. Adding form elements: Click on 'Add new form', which will insert a form element, and choose from various available elements including:
    • short answers,
    • paragraphs,
    • dropdown menus,
    • ratings,
    • linear scales,
    • checkboxes,
    • date and time.
  4. Saving the form: Do not forget to save the segment.
  5. Deployment to career: All that remains is to deploy the form for new employees.

Creating these versatile forms will allow you to better interact with new employees and obtain the necessary information for a successful onboarding process.
